And the text under the reload feature always said "As a Platinum VIP on Stake you are always entitled to this feature.", thats a guarantee, feel free to ask other players, best platinum 1 members, to verify this.

Once you're a VIP member you'll be provided with a host. He/she will be resetting reload for you regularly. From your VIP tab it is clear that there is no reload option. Whether you tried connecting to the live support. You might get the right answer for the missing of reload tab.

No host for new plat1 members sadly... So many new plats joined the club and it is only possible on plat2 rank for getting renewal each week. Unfair for new plats but it is what it is...

Myself checked with the site and has found out the difference between the old and the new Platinum 1 VIP members benefits. Below is the image that gives the better understanding about it.

Exactly, the VIP section explains it clearly now. I don't think Stake will change the new rule but just shared my personal opinion about inequal bonuses. Maybe, after few years only diamond VIPs will have access to reload..lol
