Yes, definitely, 1xbit should be bypassed. A lot of information is already on the net. There are also many ratings that you can use. There are also different reviews about Loot.bet, not everyone is happy with their work: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/loot.bet?page=2 but probably this is normal, you rarely find a service that everyone will like...

Nothing is perfect on this world even how well or known you are but still there would be issues that would rise up but the thing here is that those platforms do able to resolved it out
and would leave out those users satisfied on said customer support or resolving the problem in no time which they could really retain their reputation inspite of those minor issues.
About 1xbit then this one is shady as hell and lots of complaints and scam accusations but still they are continuing to make out advertisement online which is sad for those
who would really be using up this place.
