I'm asking because I have 3 RX 5700 XT which seem very picky with riser version 006c (all of them freeze randomly, so I doubt that they have HW problems). And I also read that 009s 12v led is able to show if 12v line is not good, i.e. like blinking instead of being steady and that connecting both of those 2x6 pin fixed the blinking led issue.
So I was wondering if plugging 2 power sources is "better" for some extent than only one.

Freezing? Something is wrong because I'm using two RX5700XT with double fan here and running on riser 006 with no issue at all, have you tried another power supply? I have no problem using 006 risers for all GPUs I have, you can also try mining OS instead
