Drink Alcohol each night , surely you will fall to sleeping.

But don't do it commonly because you might be addicted and will be alcoholic sooner.

Actually that's why i said don't do it commonly or mostly because it has no good effect lol.

But your right Hang Over will kill us in the morning.
