The ATH is indeed still very far from today, but with current price , people still earn good profit from investing on DENT (i do believe few of them even still HODL when DENT was only 1 sat or even when bitcoin was below $10k). That's why even with current price at 0.0034 USD, it's still a good sign for DENT to pump up to top 100 coins. But with their supply at 100billion coin, it's hard to reach new ATH if they don't reduce their supply

In my view, it's hard to reach its ATH since at that time the circulation coin was only 17 billions, but now it's morn than 90 billions.
