You know what the "report to moderator" button does, right? Report the post to a moderator for follow up and include a little bit of information about it.
You know what a "trust system" does, right? Open your trust setting and enter the person as someone you don't trust with an "~".

Both action are easy enough for you to do, I guess you just need to stop arguing that will only end in vain.
