I had 190mBT when I accessed my account last time. I shared multiple times the conversation with your support. They told me the balance would be restored after you fix your issues.

You told multiple times that in cases of TC violation, the bets are cancelled. I want to know why is my account closed if all bets were placed according and where are my promised refund of 190mBT. Also why are you ignoring my request of bet and deposits transaction history.
