Based on the email you presented as evidence, I was surprise that money from mixing service could result to blocking of account, I think mixing would only make bitcoin or any crypto to be more anonymous, and I think it should not be question?

Mixers make Bitcoin more anonymous, and that not be a problem, orever I don't have used any mixer or some other methods, a lot of my deposits come from Binance exchange...
