Full Disclosure: Waiting for funds to clear so I can clean out my balance on the exchange, and loading up for a small sell order @ $60k USD for further funding of Ranchero Lawblaw. Hoping it happens in this tax-quarter.
Was going to wait for $75k and sell a larger chunk, but purpose-selling at $60k for the ranch build is justifiable to me.
Rick is already starting to stress out about cost overruns, and I'll be Goddamned if I'm going to let dude cheap out on my dream ranch-home build, so, yeah. Gotta smack that little bitch with my wallet.dat again.

$15k? $50k-$60k? $100k? Huh? Is this an OPSEC protection post?
These amounts should be fucking peanuts for you guys! Based on my impression about your BTC holdings, I was expecting amounts north of $500k to start worrying you.
Of course, expenses can accumulate on such an ambitious project, so maybe Rick is just trying to keep things under control and making sure you don't go over your planned budget. The voice of sanity kind of thing. Which is good.
I had understood that the blawb was referring to a variety of cost overruns that go beyond some of the initial expectations.. so surely, in and of themselves each one might not make any meaningful difference, but if you keep adding them together, they start to add up to real money.
In any case, in a few months' time you'll have, at the very least, double the current fiat-worth of your stash (as will all of us HoDLers), so King Daddy Bitcoin will sort you guys out. 
I agree that doubling (or some other significant increase) does seem to be pretty likely with whatever value is remaining in bitcoin.. .. surely not guaranteed.. but in the ballpark of decent odds. On the other hand, I have some difficulties in conceptualizing the spending of value before I have it, but whatever, I am playing a broken record if I were to go down that path at this point.
