it's Blockchain. all people can see what funds have in which address. so it's same you see address with funds and now post and opinion (if user wants). So there is no infomation required than wallet address.

Why the bloody hell would one want that? Paying for providing a proof to strangers that he/she still owns the address. It seems pretty stupid to me, whether you pay or not. Next time I'd advice you to re-think what you're planning to do and if it looks scammy, it won't attract many people. It was a good idea to propose it here, though.
