There was a faucet abuse. Casino management decided to reject this payment in conformity with our TOS. This is the final decision, and it is not a subject to change.
What kind of faucet abuse he did? Did he use multiple accounts? It seems that you are inconsistence with your own reason to deny his $7,000 withdrawal. At the beginning, you accused him of using bot/strategy but you accuse him by your own assumption only. Now at the end, you accuse him of faucet abuse but you did not mention how he abuse the faucet.
He said before, because this guy (pipipi) didn't even risked any amount of money. That's why he said that user has abused the faucet (which is not from my opinion). They were even tried to give $50/$100 to this user as compensation (lol its just less than 1% from his winning amount).
IMO, just pay him or contact with him by privately to solve this problem, it has been few weeks i've seen this problem.
This guy who won $7k just by using their faucet was really lucky.
I believe the site couldn't accept how this person got that amount of money from them by using freebies.
Again, this is the important reason why there is ToS in every company or site, as it will be the reference when something goes awry.
If they can't give his full winnings, they need to settle it amicably as this person will not stop bothering them about this case.
They need to move on with this mistake. And learn from it.
Imagine how lucky the guy is for earning that on simply using the faucet but if the sort of abuse has been found maybe this is right decision not to pay him. But I wonder how does that guy do that since if the winning is just a pure luck well that deserve a good credit. This events shouls be sorted so if a site doesn't want these tyoe of abuse maybe they should disable the faucet and used a free demo version so thag it can make abuser go away and those legitimate tester only will try to play using it.
