devs should not jsut make their desired code and then hope the community accept it.. and then hope the miners accept it.

they should not go to miners and demand they accept it or mandate they have to accept it.
instead they should go to miners and ASK what do miners want that will make them happily accept it.

you know.. devs actually seek community desires. actually ask what do the community want.

no more dev way or fork off attitude..
instead ask what features the community outside the certain group want. and actually make an upgrade desirable. rather than threatening
