I think it is not a coin from Windice gambling site and just a shit altcoin. From coinmarketcap, I got a link to Wincoin's Announcement thread. Information does not show any relation to Windice.io

I double checked the post history of Windice on the forum and the Windice forum. I can not find any info on Wincoin.

@OcTradism are you sure you checked well because this Windice forum thread clearly has answered it very well what Wincoin is. Also it seems they’re once again focusing on their in-house forum, rather than this ANN, but if it’s working well for their marketing strategy then it’s fine.
