I believe that centralized exchanges are the last century and there will be less and less trading on them.
May be you are right but without centralize exchanges it would not be a good price to the token.
To have a good price token must have a liquidity and a good trading volumes. It is important to create the demand in the token that its price would grow in future.
I agree that the token should be listed on exchanges, but centralized exchanges are losing their popularity. This is why the DeFi market is developing so much.
