To have a good price token must have a liquidity and a good trading volumes. It is important to create the demand in the token that its price would grow in future.

I agree that the token should be listed on exchanges, but centralized exchanges are losing their popularity. This is why the DeFi market is developing so much.

Still now centralize exchanges have a good trading volumes and a lot of traders. Listing on big exchange is a good promotion to the project.
