Even if proof or feedback is provided in the future, it won't change the fact that this is a scam sportsbook and it isn't safe to invest small or big amounts here in my opinion.

There is a possibility that this is a legitimate account who actually got their funds back, but this single case won't be enough to reverse their reputation which will most probably stay negative in the future.
