Free roll drops the more you play that, doesn't matter if you win big or win small but the more you play the less you will be able to claim. I usually just let it be for months and just collect my affiliate income and gamble with it, that results with it going higher, the highest I have seen was 250+ but that is when bitcoin was a bit lower, right now I am down to 18 as well and I am not happy about that but I haven't been able to gamble a lot recently, so that is why it is that lower.

Now I will keep getting that affiliate income and start gambling again, that way I am planning on increasing it. Gambling could mean losing your money but you could win as well if you are careful you won't lose so much, and on top of that you can make it back from free rolls as well and reward points worth money too, so all around you can break even after a while and go into profit.
