Disclaimer: I've never used ViaBTC's paid accelerator, but I've used their free accelerator many times. Your transaction fee isn't enough for a free acceleration.
Then you should certainly try CPFP. It means child pays for parent.
If the receiving addresses are owned by Roobet, OP can't do CPFP.pushtx is also legit.. and I can do both for $500. i think one is just under 400 and the other is just under 100. but i dont' have any money at the moment. I can wait and eventually will, but i'm afraid i'm going to gamble it all away. haha. oh well. if anyone has any ideas, i'll pay once i withdraw.
