We would like to remind the player and the wider community about our terms around account usage:
7.1.10.2. Only one account per customer/IP/household is allowed. If you attempt and/or successfully open more than one account, all of your accounts may be blocked, suspended, or closed and any Cryptocurrency credited to your account frozen.
Account verifications may take longer in case of a breach in our Terms & Conditions, but we are doing everything we can to successfully finalize the process and inform the player at the earliest convenience.
But this user questioned that he was never met such block before when he lost his money so this all terms are used to freeze the funds only if the user won bets?
And I am not accusing you of scamming but it should be better to give the response faster about what you guys are looking, in case he violated the terms then just go with your user agreements.
