Hello, it's not exact. The company is VOTELAB SAS https://www.societe.com/societe/votelab-890026974.html and initial name was "CIVIC POWER SAS".
This change was to avoid any confusion between CIVICPOWER the non profit association https://www.journal-officiel.gouv.fr/associations/detail-annonce/associations_b/20200048/1401 and the company.
The POWER utility token is linked to the revenues of the company VOTELAB SAS as explained in the whitepaper.
You are right no link between the capital and fundraising, I assume you make the difference btw working capital and share capital.
