I have been trying to take a look at the standard protocol and i can't find any information about it will be launching IDO on polka.
You should relocate some budget if you can but the problem is you must compete with lots of people to get a few spots that available on polkastarter.

i double confirmed from their community that Polkastater will only announce the project that will do IDO in several days, so standard protocol maybe appeal several days before 27th/ April. Ｉwill keep eyes on it everyday 1 week before it starts, hah
