For Bitcoin you have to use BTC or BTC SegWit (if available).
Binance support Segwit address in past few months.

Yes, but I was referring to something else: on Binance pages, if you want to deposit, they have 2 options:
* BTC where they offer a legacy address
* SegWit where they offer BECH32 address
When you want to withdraw they don't offer such an option (probably they handle that internally).

Hello, Since i learnt that this address 12NdNbkdSafXA5AupGn2xEBooYCdQCtP9U belongs to Binance, I am trying to minimize fee by using the correct network fee to withdraw Bitcoin

The exchange won't care that the target address is also theirs. They take you withdrawal fee, not network fee.
The BNB/BSC chains are not for Bitcoin and the addresses look different.
Each proper crypto currency has its own different blockchain and they can be seen as completely different worlds. If you send in the incorrect world, in most cases the correct world has no chance to ever see that.
