This must be a very big news for many XRP holders here but surprisingly no one is talking about this so far. Anyway, let me check on Google and then share more information about this here.

I took the time to look for this because if it was true then it would have been a tremendous thing and a news that would have affected not only ripple but the whole market in a positive way and this is the only thing I found.

It seems that ripple got a small victory but the case is not anywhere near being over, which makes sense as I expect something like this to last for years especially as the SEC is not going to let go so easily as they do not want to be left in ridicule and lose this case.
