I purely and totally guessed it, based on two totally random threads (which may have been on other forums, and from 3 years ago) that mentioned figures of 0.2 and 0.8 respectively. Then I averaged them. There is absolutely NO evidence to support my figures

But in fairness, the IPO was nearly 72 BTC.....couldn't at least a little of that buy a slot on an exchange?
