You should accept withdrawals to native SegWit addresses (bc1) ... it has been a while and it is still not possible to withdraw to these addresses. You can deposit but not withdraw and that forces you to use exchanges or other wallets to receive the withdrawal.

Most withdrawals are processed instantly. However, for security reasons it is necessary for us to process some withdrawals manually (such as large withdrawals, or new account withdrawals), which will result in a short delay. Regarding your SegWit addresses comments, I have forwarded them to our Development Team for consideration and I will report back should there be an update on this subject.
