The only think you can do at this stage is to wait for support to tell you the reason why they blocked your account (KYC related, etc.), insisting with them if they do not answer in a day or two. You need to know the subjacent cause of the problem, and the options they give you to resolve it. Unfortunately, they may take longer than desired to get back to you.
 
Trying to pursue it through their social media channels is an additional possibility, but I’ve seen that you’ve already posted you case in their Reddit.
