Realistically you are not a whale and don't know how Bitcoin works, there is possibility a whale might want to sell of to a prominent billionaire -example Tesla- then after the transaction the news picks it up and the price can go up, the market price can accurately be affected by demand and supply.

It would be stupid if he did it like the pope then to reveal it here, nobody knows how the whale works if that's what it says it's too easy to read his strategy I think he's just bullshit he does I don't believe anything there is a whale thing that can talk like this.

Anyone who sells to a prominent figure will not know that there is a lot of greater transaction traffic and even then the whale will act again even though it is not certain what happens in the market after a lot of BTC balances are moved, which is clear, don't panic too much if there is such a thing.
