Sorry for your loss. You were warned about this website in advance, but you still sent money to this website. Which is a very sad thing. Maybe there is no chance of getting your money back, they have done various dramas in the name of taking evidence from you. I don't know on what basis you decided to use this mixer, because BitcoinTalk has many more trusted mixer websites, with reputable services on their platform. OP reported about this website quite a while ago that this mixer is a scammer.
