Probably not, OP said he have loss the fund because of his gambling habit. He continued his betting without waiting for the solution. And after losing his fund he created this accusation against PD. Would it be fair to give the amount back to the user what he/she lost by betting? Just read the whole story of OP, everything will be clear then

OP said that his username is ‘spata’. By using the chatbot command I can see that he (spata) hasn't visited primedice since last two days. While OP created this topic 24 hours ago. So, it's clear that OP haven't visited primedice after creating this accusation, because he knows that he won't get the amount what he lost by gambling. This is fully baseless accusation
