Agreed. Good initiative from Government we just need to follow SOPs and everything will be all right.

Why everything has to be done by Army? Why we do not follow anything?

This the dilemma in Pakistan that only army actions produce results and local/provincial and central governments consistently fail to deliver because they lack organization, discipline and commitment. I don't how long this situation will prevail.
