Why didn't you wait until your withdrawal was approved? It seems to me the problem is you not them. You couldn't even wait for 24 hours.
This is what I was wondering as well, I have not played in that casino but I have encountered similar errors before and it is obvious this is going to take some time for this to be fixed so the only thing you need to do is to wait and yet the OP could not do it.

You should stop blaming PD for your loss. You clearly knew what you were doing.
I find this to be absurd as well, even if somehow the OP can argue the casino was stalling for time hoping he will keep gambling at the end of the day they did not force him to gamble, he kept gambling out of his own volition and lost.
