funds or budget but still wont be enough to give out assurance for you to get some marketshare.

It all matters on what website you had built and just like what others been saying that lottery games isnt really something that interest gamblers on here.Even its fair and transparent

exactly! how many lottery-focused platforms have we seen here that take off? none so far, right? several of them that were introduced here disappeared without a trace. so i dont know if the OP can get a buyer of his site. so whatever marketing they will showcase here, i dont think they will not get the players they want. hard to sustain the interest of gamblers in this type of game.
