BetBTC: I like using your site, as evidenced by all of the money I have given you over the past 3 months. I'm a big loser, and you should want to retain me.
That said, I am BEYOND disappointed in the lack of support. I've submitted 3+ tickets using your system. I've voiced complaints on here via PM and in the thread. I check your profile every day and see that you log in multiple times per day. So the fact that my questions and complaints have gone unaddressed - while contests are being delivered & maintained - makes me very upset.

We're sorry to see that you are having some issues. Regarding the question you have posted few weeks ago back in this thread, we have already replied you. Unfortunately there's nothing more we can do about it. Users are responsible to check their account / my bets, and ensure that success popup is shown.
The mere fact that the account funds are temporarily unavailable doesn't mean the bets were accepted.
Regarding any additional issue(s) you may have, please send us a private message containing all other issues so we can have a look and get back to you with clarification(s)
