Not just winning makes people increase their bets but also losing. It is not just about winning or losing in gambling but it is about being responsible. There is a simple way to be a responsible gambler: Set your daily limit. Ex: you will only gamble 20$ a day and stop when you lose $20

Everybody knows the daily limit but from saying it to implementing it is a huge gap.Many people can't stick to it although they set a daily limit.They get mad when they lose this limit and say I just want to hit a few more spins and quit but this leads them to losing everything.

You have to force yourself to follow the rules, otherwise you will definitely lose your money. I know it it hard in the first place to be disciplined and stop whenever your wallet is out of cash, but a few mistake can change your perspective. No one wants to lose a huge amount of money right?

However, if things do not improve, quitting gambling is the only way. Why not just find some other ways for entertainning

You should stop when you do found out these kind of behavior on towards self;

1. Impulsive
2. Doesnt mind about finances
3. Play that there's like no tomorrow
4. Dont know on when to stop neither on profits or in losses

If you do have a problem towards these things then for sure you would really be having a hard time in dealing with gambling specially if you
hooked up yourself in addiction.
