Maybe that's too far off, almost a year. Perhaps we should consider shortening that and adding an inflation factor?

Hmmm... We are mining tons of emoticoins atm and the difficulty doesn't seem to get crazy. So if the bitcoin market is already open and if the difficulty stays low for days, nobody will trade on BTC market and I guess this is not a good thing for the coin.

12 hours after we hit MintPal, we'll be on CoinWarz... that'll cause a spike in difficulty for sure.

I hope you're right! And I hope the coin will be used for emoticons too. The high difficulty is needed to get a good price but here (1 000 000 000 000 coins Shocked

), we need the coin to be usefull, for sure.
