Yes, they seem to be pocketing the rest and this is a recurring problem. I have seen this issue in my past 6 or so withdrawals. I asked their support and even reached out to their Discord manager but with no luck.

What did they say? Did they acknowledge that only a small part of the withdrawal fees go to the miners, or are they trying to conceal that fact? There isn't anything illegal in doing that, but they could lower it at least.

They havent exactly clarified and we can guess why that could be the case Wink

But their standard response is try playing with other coins...LOL...and I would be like when you adding Litecoin/Dash/TRX...they would be like it is in the pipeline...Finally since past weekend I am able to bet with Litecoin and will use that only from now on...Withdrawal still takes couple of hours unlike stake and sportsbet which is instant
