I was chatting with everyone and suddenly one guy asks me - can I contact you anywhere outside stake?

I am not saying muting was wrong because I should have just ignored him, but isn't is better to mute such people who ask me for these details?

You can brief it to the support team. If there is nothing wrong on your side, you'll be further allowed to chat. Have a cross check, because users were muted when there is something done against the terms of Stake.

I was asked to appeal which I did but really hurt by this. I won't even reply to anyone from next time when they ask my telegram id or anything.
