He is manipulating the market for sure, whether he is actually profiting from all this saga is a point of discussion because if he was taking advantage the market for dogecoin would have collapsed by now. It would be cool to have dogecoin accepted but I don't care much because they already announced they will accept payment in Bitcoins right, if not at least they had such plans earlier.

They (Tesla) just suspended accepting Bitcoin and many trader is blaming his tweet for the crash of Bitcoin price on the market.

I don't think they won't accept Dogecoin either if their requirement forbids excessive use of energy to produce block. Ths make me think if they are eyeing on XRP or any other cryptocurrency that does not need mining at all.
