Are you referring to using their wallets in general or for doing the exact thing that you're trying to do now? Are you Gold verified already?
but now i keep getting a message "Pending buy, once your verify your credit card information the order will complete", if i click more info it will say pending buy again. I deleted my card and tried to re-add it but I get the "pending buy" message in a box instead..

My money successfully deposited in to my GBP wallet, at this point i was stuck on pending so I withdrew my money back to my bank after over a day of waiting. 3 days later and it's still pending even though I withdrew the 100.. i just cant get passed this.
IIRC, there was a hold period of 5 or 7 days
[not sure which one exactly and I could be wrong] for such things so I'd suggest trying it again in two to four days.
