I definitely like this OP advice.  But there is generally a problem, of course, you can write down both the amount and the time, and then you will get excited, try to stop!  Sometimes you tell yourself, well, I'll add a minute more to the game time, then another minute, etc. And with the money, too, $10, another $5 ...  Sad
The problem is that it is too difficult to fulfill these requirements accurately and rigidly.
Well, if your sole purpose to gamble is not about the money and it is all about the fun and could be it is a boredom killer of you. There is no need to write it down because in the first place, you know in yourself how to manage it from possible addiction. But if you really want to why not, but for sure it will annoy you and it seems if you know that you have a larger loss it will be thinking you to chase your loss.

The risk is, it could increase the number of addictions, here in our country there is online gambling that everyone or almost everyone has been used. It is an [online sabong] that I though before
