I been holding SAFEX since 2017, i have to say that many things started to look like scam to me since Richard Bate left, around that time Stephen Kines disappeared without an explanation, he was presented to us by Dan as Xcalibra founder and CEO and as SAFEX investor, what Richard and Kines knew that we don't? it seems like they don't wanted to be involved in what was about to come.
Daniel Dabek just confessed in a Federal Court in the United States of America that "Safex is a scam and might be used to facilitate illegal commerce"
Why Daniel Dabek is hiding pretending that nothing happened?
He instead is doing Twitter giveaways and a new farm of brand new Twitter accounts just became active messaging each other about how great SAFEX is.
Does this rise concerns to anyone that Safex is a scam? come on!
I just want Daniel Dabek to come forward and give an explanation to the community why he said that SAFEX is a scam!
I think promoting SAFEX in social media after what Daniel said is not right or legal, i advice the community to stop promoting the scam SAFEX, yes is a scam, ask Daniel.
Whatever amount of SAFEX you are holding it has no value, SAFEX has no volume and you cannot sell it.
Maybe Joey was right after all, just think about it for one moment, Daniel goes to court to sue Joey, but ended up defending himself against him and confessing he is literary a criminal. How stupid is Dan to do that!

You are not alone, just take screenshots and in case something happen tell authorities that you stopped promoting SAFEX when you found for third party channels that Safex is a scam. But is wrong & i agree with you, Daniel needs to tell his investors that SAFEX is a scam, i think he needs to do this by law.
