This is about how do you make sure that you are gambling in full control. There are many people who are easily brought into gambling beyond fun and that is a problem for them and also for the gambling industry, because it is for them that there are limitations in many countries.

- Not ever get in debt for gambling?
- Have an allocated time for gambling and never exceed it?
- Gamble only socially with friends of relatives?
- Have someone helping you control your gambling?

1. Yes I have a weekly budget for gambling with is a fixed amount of money which I can afford lose, once I lost the bet I move on till another time.

2. I am much disciplined in my gambling such that I wouldn't allow emotion to overshadow me when I lost a bet such that would be indebted.

3. I play soccer bet thus mostly on Fridays before the weekend matches and occasionally on Mondays whenever there is midweek UCL matches

4. No. I don't involve relatives excepts friends who are soccer analyst we predict matches based on each team analysis.

5. I never involve anyone in gambling I only check online for a more thorough analysis of matches ahead.
