That tweet can have totally different context depending on relations between players. If for instance couple of them played together at some time in history than that tweet is just good banter. If they don't know each other well than it is borderline too much even for me.

Also the tweet should have been just "Thanks for keeping the DPC streets clean @TeamLiquid" and video. The part after the comma "thank you for taking out the trash" is sort of explaining the joke to dim witted audience and ruins the flow for me.

Totally depends on the impression on how a certain individual would really trying to look on that line which it might be that offensive for the team itself or just not taken seriously.
I do agree into your point that it did really ruins the flow but it isnt really that much of an issue though, thing here is that we do see a good game even
