They have been nothing but problem after problem after problem, all of which have been documented. If that's not good enough for you, that's your problem.

The simple FACT of the matter is greedy people who chose to turn a blind eye to the problems because they simply didn't want to hear/believe it.

And I said before, changing the people and changing the name will NOT make people forget who they were and what they did. That legacy WILL hurt them and WILL continue to hurt crypto. Both Mark and MtGox are a stain on crypto and have been for a long time and that can not be cleaned off. So long as MtGox exists in ANY form, regardless if it's under a new name and new management, the stigma will continue to destroy faith and trust.
