Yeah it ain't easy to find something that usually goes on pizza, it has yellowish colour, and can keep the shape without melting. Few years ago when I made my first BTC themd pizza I also contemplated on using pineapple as its a logical choice, but since I don't like it on pizza, and O wated it to be tasty as well looking good, I started experimenting with cheeses. Through trial and error i found that Milner cheese is capable of withstanding the heat well, while having nice yellow color. Halloumi cheese is even better for that, but it is white, so BTC sign doesn't look as good as with Milner but it is an option.

Haha, as a matter of fact lasagna is my specialty and I make it quite often. I am generally big fan of Italian cuisine, which is probably the best in the world, imho.
