I read FE cards are exempt but it was on an EVGA blog a regular poster so not sure that is good info.

The Alienware pc had an fe style 3060ti
The omen pc had an fe style 3060ti with a slight mod the pie jack was at the rear of the card not the top.

Man I wish I had a hundred or so of the 3060ti's when they came out back in 2020 a fortune was made by the right miners with the right connections.

they were listed are 400 you could have mined Nov to June 8 months paid the card off 3 times and sell them for 2x price right now.
