This is interesting. Here is no explanation of what fraudulent activity we have here. This is not an explanation and for sure not a way of solving the issue.
This looks very much like 1xbit is making a public attempt to rehabilitate their busted-ass reputation by seemingly addressing their customers' complaints on the same forum they're advertising on, when they ought to be doing so when said complaints are brought to their attention on their own site. I'm also guessing that nobody is going to get any of their issues resolved here. I'd love to see if any of them actually do.
Any of teir initiative to solve complaints going to the wrong route. I'm not sure they have enough capacity to recognize what are good ways of doing business.
