Why America only therr are large countries which is good target for adoption so maybe a mass global adoption can help bitcoin to maximize its adoption, but this will never happen for now since bitcoin has so many manipulation attempts and thats the major upset to the investor to stake with it for long term since they could possibly suffer from major loss if they are experiencing some major dumps like what happening these season.

I see America is more prepared when it comes to adopting bitcoin. they have institutions ready to oversee and plus average citizens who already understand crypto and blockchain. This makes mass adoption easier.
