Thanks for the advice! We aren't really working in new PvP games currently, but maybe in the future, when we grow more, we could consider expanding to other types of games.

Before considering to expand your site with more games, it is better if you can improve your support first.
As I can see from some cases, you seems to be the only one who manage the site.
Hiring some people to help you in managing your site would be better, so your players will get better and faster responses when they are experiencing issues while playing.
