Before considering to expand your site with more games, it is better if you can improve your support first.
As I can see from some cases, you seems to be the only one who manage the site.
Hiring some people to help you in managing your site would be better, so your players will get better and faster responses when they are experiencing issues while playing.
Actually, I'm not the owner of the website, I'm not even part of the support team, I just manage this topic and forward any issue, among other things.
Most of the cases are actually solved quickly, or in less than 24 hours, it's just some special cases that need to be checked by the programmers or discussed with the rest of the team that could take more time, but usually not too much.
